Protocol Education are currently recruiting for a History Teacher for a Secondary school within a large trust, in the South Gloucestershire area of Bristol.

The school is a relatively large setting with just under 1100 students on roll. With the school being part of a well established trust, it offers a solid network and community of expertise within and one where it allows for uniqueness to the indvidiual school from it's exceptional staff team of leadership, teachers & support staff.

The school are looking for an History specialist to join their department to deliver to KS3 & KS4. This will include a regular tutor group, planning & marking - which will include a timetable that PPA time is allocated for, as well as extra curricular available if desired.

ECT's are encouraged to apply for this role as well as experienced teachers, where you will be joining a thriving and supportive department which consits of a strong balance of leaders, ECT's and experienced teachers.

Role: History Teacher (Secondary, KS3-KS4)

Location: South Gloucestershire (Easy commute from Fishponds, Downend, Mangotsfield, Winterbourne, Hanham & Soundwell)

Hours: Monday - Friday 830am - 330pm (O.8/0.6 & part time applicants are urged to apply)

Start date: Monday 4th November

Qualifications: PGCE with QTS/QTLS (non QTS, lecturer's, BA/MSc in History & History/Religious studies/Humanities Specialists are also urged to apply)
