History Teacher – Middlesbrough
Location: Middlesbrough / Teesside

We’re working with a secondary school in the Middlesbrough area that is seeking a highly motivated and experienced History Teacher to join their team. This is a great opportunity to teach History across KS3 and KS4 within a supportive department that values engaging, high-quality teaching and collaborative working.
What You’ll Be Doing

Delivering high-quality History lessons to KS3 and KS4

Developing and implementing engaging, challenging schemes of work

Assessing, tracking, and monitoring student progress

Providing meaningful feedback and support to help students reach their full potential

Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum

Organising and contributing to extracurricular History activities and enrichment opportunities
We’d Love to Hear From You If You:

Hold a degree in History or a related subject

Have experience teaching History at KS3 and KS4
-
Are familiar with the UK curriculum
-
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team
-
Hold (or are working towards) UK QTS
