Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time

Pay: £100 to £130 per day (PAYE)

What the role involves:

Leading small-group learning and interventions

Delivering pre-prepared lessons when needed

Adapting resources for pupils with communication needs

Working closely with SEND leads and class teachers

Being a positive role model for pupils who rely on consistency
What we’re looking for:

HLTA status OR strong equivalent experience

Confidence leading learning

Experience with ASC or complex needs

Great communication and teamwork skills
