Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Full Time

Location: Sunderland
Contract: Full time, long term
Start: ASAP
Pay: £100 to £130 per day (PAYE)

What the role involves:

  • Leading small-group learning and interventions

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons when needed

  • Adapting resources for pupils with communication needs

  • Working closely with SEND leads and class teachers

  • Being a positive role model for pupils who rely on consistency

What we’re looking for:

  • HLTA status OR strong equivalent experience

  • Confidence leading learning

  • Experience with ASC or complex needs

  • Great communication and teamwork skills
