Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Hounslow
Location: Hounslow, West London
Pay: £100 – £160 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | Term-time only
Start Date: ASAP

Your Role:

  • Deliver high-quality lessons to cover class teachers when required

  • Support targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

  • Work closely with teachers and SLT to raise standards

  • Provide engaging, differentiated learning for small groups and individuals

  • Contribute to assessments, planning, and pupil progress

Requirements:

  • HLTA qualification (or equivalent classroom experience)

  • Strong classroom management and communication skills

  • Proven experience across the primary phase

  • A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential
