Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) – Hounslow
Location: Hounslow, West London
Pay: £100 – £160 per day (depending on experience)
Hours: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm | Term-time only

Your Role:

Deliver high-quality lessons to cover class teachers when required

Support targeted interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

Work closely with teachers and SLT to raise standards

Provide engaging, differentiated learning for small groups and individuals

Contribute to assessments, planning, and pupil progress
Requirements:

HLTA qualification (or equivalent classroom experience)

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Proven experience across the primary phase
-
A passion for supporting children to achieve their full potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
