We’re supporting a welcoming Catholic primary school in the heart of Harrow, and they’re looking for a confident HLTA who’s happy to step into classes across all year groups. If you enjoy variety, value a nurturing school ethos and bring that calm, can-do energy children naturally gravitate towards, this role could be a lovely fit.
What you’ll be doing

Providing flexible cover across EYFS, KS1 and KS2

Leading small group interventions and occasional whole-class teaching

Helping to create a positive, inclusive learning environment rooted in the school’s Catholic values

Working closely with teachers and support staff to keep learning flowing smoothly

HLTA experience or Level 4 qualification

Confidence leading groups and whole classes

Warm communication and strong teamwork

Someone who enjoys the buzz of supporting different year groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
