About the Role:

Provide whole-class cover in the absence of the teacher

Support learning across the school, working closely with teachers and the leadership team

Deliver interventions and small group work to raise attainment

Play an active role in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
Requirements:

HLTA qualification (Level 4 or above) is essential

Experience working within a primary school setting

Confident in covering whole classes independently

Strong communication and organisational skills
