About the Role:

  • As an HLTA, you will primarily cover Key Stage 2 (KS2) pupils with varying ability levels. While recent experience teaching across Key Stage 2 is desirable, previous experience, even if not recent, will be greatly beneficial.

Requirements:

To be considered for the position of Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), you will:

  • Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification (e.g., Level 3 TA qualification).
  • Demonstrate experience teaching primary education at Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), and Key Stage 2 (KS2) levels.
  • Possess a genuine desire to become an integral part of a committed team of primary teachers.
  • Showcase a passion for teaching, with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
