We have partnered with a Primary School in Southend who are looking fro a full time HLTA to start ASAP.
This is an ideal role for a ECT, Experienced HLTA or Qualified Teacher looking fro a change of pace or for a role with less responsibility this could be ideal
The school are looking for an HLTA who is able to commit for the rest of the academic year
As an HLTA you will be expected to do the following:
- To cover whole classes during PPA time under direction of the Teacher
- To deliver catch up and intervention programmes to ensure all children can fully access the curriculum
- To support in the induction of change and families new to the school
- Improve outcomes for children
- Maintaining good discipline
- Promote the schools Equal Opportunities Policy and Diversity Strategy

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
