HLTA (Higher Level Teaching Assistant) - Leeds
Are you an experienced HLTA looking for an exciting new opportunity in Leeds? We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HLTA to join our supply team, providing support across various schools.
In this role, you will:
- Lead classes in the absence of the teacher, delivering pre-planned lessons to ensure continuity in learning.
- Provide targeted support for students, including small group interventions and 1:1 assistance.
- Assist teachers with lesson planning, marking, and classroom management.
- Support the development of students' academic progress, particularly in literacy and numeracy.
