 Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead small group sessions and support individual students in their learning journey.
  • Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

 Requirements:

  • Hold a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development.
