Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group sessions and support individual students in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with teachers to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide targeted support to students with additional learning needs.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs.

Requirements:
- Hold a relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent.
- Proven experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
