This welcoming secondary school is looking for a Higher Level Learning Support Worker to join their well-established SEND team on a long-term basis. This is about consistency, relationships, and being part of something that works, not short-term cover or day-to-day supply.

You’ll be joining a strong, experienced SEND structure that includes a SENDCo, Deputy SENDCo, SEND Manager, and a committed team of LSAs who genuinely support one another. The school has a calm, purposeful feel, clear systems, and a leadership team that values support staff as a vital part of pupil success.

The role

  • 8.30 - 15.30, Monday to Friday 

  • Term-time 

  • From £90/100 per day, increasing with experience for the right candidate

  • Immediate start, with a proper handover and onboarding

  • Team Teach training is desirable, and can be provided if needed
