Position: Health and Social Care Teacher

Salary: £155 to £250 per day

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons in Health and Social Care, incorporating relevant theories, case studies, and practical applications.
- Plan and prepare engaging curriculum materials, assessments, and resources to support student learning.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement, critical thinking, and active participation.
- Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and implement strategies to support individual learning needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies, schemes of work, and assessment practices.
- Stay updated with developments in the healthcare and social care sectors to enhance teaching content and provide relevant real-world examples.
- Encourage and promote student involvement in extracurricular activities related to health and social care.
Requirements:
- Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent certification in Health and Social Care.
- Proven experience teaching Health and Social Care at secondary level.
- Excellent subject knowledge and understanding of the healthcare and social care sectors.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for learning.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Organizational skills to plan and deliver lessons effectively within the allocated time frame.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
Salary and Benefits: The salary for this position ranges from £155 to £250 per day, depending on qualifications and experience.
