We’re looking for enthusiastic Teachers, TAs, HLTAs, Cover Supervisors and SEND specialists who want consistency, confidence, and a consultant who genuinely has their back.

Your role will include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching or support across a range of schools

  • Building positive relationships with pupils and staff

  • Adapting quickly to new environments

  • Keeping learning on track with confidence and calm

  • Travelling up to 1 hour to schools across the region

  • Working confidently across all Key Stages, supporting a variety of year groups as needed


You’ll need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status, TA experience, HLTA status, or relevant school-based experience

  • Good behaviour management and a flexible approach

  • A genuine passion for working with children and young people

  • A full UK driving licence, access to a car, and willingness to travel up to 1 hour

  • Confidence working across all Key Stages
