Guaranteed Work TA – 3- 5 Days per Week

Contract: Full time, long term, Guaranteed Work Agreement (3 days)

Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)
If you want steady income and the variety of supply, this is a brilliant middle ground. We’re supporting a specialist autism setting in Sunderland that’s looking for reliable, warm-natured TAs who can be available at least three days a week through our Guaranteed Work Agreement.
What your week will look like:

Supporting autistic pupils with communication, sensory routines, and structured learning

Helping pupils settle into predictable, calm activities

Using visuals, simple communication tools, and clear routines

Working across different classes depending on need

Being part of a friendly team that genuinely appreciates steady, reliable support
What we need from you:

Must drive and be able to travel across Sunderland and nearby areas

Fully cleared: DBS, references, right to work
-
Comfortable with SEND, especially autism and communication needs

Happy to take morning calls and respond quickly

Positive, patient, and calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
