Guaranteed Work TA – 3- 5 Days per Week

If you want steady income and the variety of supply, this is a brilliant middle ground. We’re supporting a specialist autism setting in Sunderland that’s looking for reliable, warm-natured TAs who can be available at least three days a week through our Guaranteed Work Agreement.

What your week will look like:

  • Supporting autistic pupils with communication, sensory routines, and structured learning

  • Helping pupils settle into predictable, calm activities

  • Using visuals, simple communication tools, and clear routines

  • Working across different classes depending on need

  • Being part of a friendly team that genuinely appreciates steady, reliable support

What we need from you:

  • Must drive and be able to travel across Sunderland and nearby areas

  • Fully cleared: DBS, references, right to work

  • Comfortable with SEND, especially autism and communication needs

  • Happy to take morning calls and respond quickly

  • Positive, patient, and calm under pressure

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
