TA – 3–5 Day Guaranteed Work Scheme (Across Sunderland SEND Sites)

Location: Sunderland & surrounding areas
Contract: Full time, long term

Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

Want guaranteed income but enjoy variety? This role puts you in our Travel Team, supporting a group of specialist SEND schools across Sunderland that work with autistic pupils, complex communication needs, and sensory profiles.

You choose whether you want 3, 4 or 5 guaranteed days, and we guarantee you’ll be paid for them.

In this role you’ll:

  • Support pupils in a mix of structured SEND environments

  • Help with communication, sensory routines and small-group activities

  • Work across classes, key stages and occasionally partner provisions

  • Become one of our most valued, reliable supply TAs

  • Build brilliant experience across a range of specialist settings

To join the Travel Team you must:

  • Drive, with access to your own car

  • Be willing to travel across Sunderland and nearby areas

  • Complete the full compliance process

  • Be confident supporting autism, communication needs and behaviour

  • Be happy taking early-morning bookings and last-minute calls

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
