Guaranteed Work for SEND Support Staff – Newcastle and Surrounding Areas – From £89 per day

Looking for steady, reliable work while supporting pupils who really need you? Our Guaranteed Work Agreement gives SEND TAs peace of mind and regular days in some brilliant specialist settings across Newcastle and the nearby areas.

In this role you’ll:

  • Support pupils with a wide range of SEND and communication needs

  • Build steady, trusting relationships that help pupils feel grounded

  • Use visuals, structure, and gentle routines to reduce anxiety

  • Model calm, clear language to help pupils feel safe and understood

We’d love to hear from you if:

  • You have experience with ASC, SEMH, sensory needs, or learning delays

  • You’re patient, kind, and a great communicator

  • You’re happy working across different schools in the local area

  • You enjoy helping children feel settled, seen, and supported

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
