Greek Speaking Cover Supervisor

Do you speak Greek and enjoy keeping young people engaged, focused, and learning? We’re working with a welcoming secondary school in Haringey that’s looking for a Greek-speaking Cover Supervisor to support pupils and keep lessons running smoothly when teachers are away.
This role is a great fit if you’re confident in front of a class, calm under pressure, and enjoy building quick rapport with students. Your Greek language skills will be a real bonus, helping to support bilingual pupils and strengthen communication where it matters most.
What you’ll be doing:

Supervising classes across KS3 and KS4 using pre-set lesson plans

Keeping students on task and maintaining positive behaviour

Supporting pupils who speak Greek, helping them feel confident and included

Working closely with school staff to ensure continuity of learning
What we’re looking for:

Fluent or confident Greek speaker

Experience working with young people, in schools or similar settings
-
Strong classroom presence and clear communication skills
-
A reliable, proactive approach and a genuine interest in education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
