Protocol Education is recruiting Graduate Cover Supervisors and Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in local secondary and primary schools across Peterlee and Durham. We’re looking for enthusiastic, committed graduates who can be available 5 days a week and are excited to step into a school environment.

Cover Supervisor – What the Role Involves
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher
-
Deliver pre-set work and ensure pupils stay on task

Manage behaviour and create a positive learning environment

Support teachers with classroom routines and activities

Learning Support Assistant – What the Role Involves
As an LSA, you will:

Support pupils who may need extra help, either 1:1 or in small groups

Work alongside teachers to deliver lessons and interventions

Build relationships with students and help boost their confidence

Make a direct difference to children who need encouragement and guidance

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
