What you’ll be doing

You’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel secure, confident and understood. That might include:

  • supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, ADHD or social emotional needs

  • using structure, visuals and calm approaches

  • helping pupils regulate during tricky moments

  • working 1:1 or in small groups

  • celebrating progress in all its shapes and sizes

Who this suits

This role is ideal if you’re:

  • thinking about teaching, educational psychology, therapy or social care

  • interested in behaviour, child development or wellbeing

Experience in mentoring, youth work, sports coaching, outreach or care is helpful but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
