You’ll play a key role in helping pupils feel secure, confident and understood. That might include:

supporting pupils with autism, communication needs, ADHD or social emotional needs

using structure, visuals and calm approaches

helping pupils regulate during tricky moments

working 1:1 or in small groups
-
celebrating progress in all its shapes and sizes
