Job Title: Graduate Classroom Support Assistant

We’re working with a range of welcoming primary, secondary and specialist schools who are looking for graduates to support pupils across the school day. You don’t need a background in education, just the right attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting pupils in lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups

Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged with learning

Working alongside teachers and support staff in the classroom
-
Supporting behaviour, routines and social development
-
Gaining valuable experience for future careers in teaching, psychology, SEN or youth work
This role is ideal if you:

Hold a degree in any subject

Are considering teaching, educational psychology, SEN, mental health or pastoral work

Are patient, positive and good at building relationships
-
Want practical experience, not another office job
-
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
