We’re working with a range of welcoming primary, secondary and specialist schools who are looking for graduates to support pupils across the school day. You don’t need a background in education, just the right attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils in lessons, either 1:1 or in small groups

  • Helping children stay focused, confident and engaged with learning

  • Working alongside teachers and support staff in the classroom

  • Supporting behaviour, routines and social development

  • Gaining valuable experience for future careers in teaching, psychology, SEN or youth work

This role is ideal if you:

  • Hold a degree in any subject

  • Are considering teaching, educational psychology, SEN, mental health or pastoral work

  • Are patient, positive and good at building relationships

  • Want practical experience, not another office job

  • Enjoy working with people and being part of a team
