What the role involves

Supporting pupils in class, helping them access activities, routines, and learning.

Working closely with teachers and specialists to follow individual support plans.

Using a calm, patient approach to help pupils regulate and stay engaged.

Taking part in training and hands-on learning to develop your skills in SEND education.
