What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting pupils in lessons and during structured activities throughout the school day.

  • Helping teachers adapt tasks and routines so pupils can learn comfortably and confidently.

  • Encouraging positive communication and celebrating small steps of progress.

  • Taking part in hands-on training, shadowing, and mentoring to help you develop your skills.
