Graduate Teaching Assistant – SEND Pathway (Training Provided)

Location: Sunderland
Contract: Full time, long term

Pay: £89 to £110 per day (PAYE)

What you’ll do:

  • Support pupils with communication, sensory and developmental needs

  • Learn specialist strategies such as PECS, sensory integration and de-escalation

  • Help children feel safe using predictable routines and warm encouragement

  • Assist with small-group activities in a highly supportive environment

  • Work alongside SEND teachers, therapists and experienced support staff
