Protocol Education is working with friendly, creative primary schools across North London, and we’re looking for graduates and degree-holders to join as Teaching Assistants. Whether you’re curious about teaching or simply want work that makes a difference, this could be your perfect next step.

What You’ll Do

  • Support teachers with lessons, activities, and daily routines

  • Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils progress

  • Lead creative or physical activities that spark imagination and build confidence

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in any subject (creative, educational, or sports backgrounds especially welcome)

  • Confident English and Maths skills (up to Year 6 level)

  • Experience with children aged 3–12 (youth work, coaching, tutoring, childcare – it all counts)

  • Great communication, a positive attitude, and a team spirit

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
