We are currently seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a warm and welcoming primary school in LS6, Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic graduate who is eager to gain valuable classroom experience before pursuing a career in teaching or education.
The Role:

Support pupils across EYFS, KS1, and KS2, adapting to the needs of different age groups

Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities

Provide one-to-one and small group support to children who may need extra help

Assist in creating a fun, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment

Contribute to the wider life of the school through classroom displays, playground support, and enrichment activities
The Ideal Candidate:

A recent graduate (any discipline) with a genuine interest in working with children

Friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about helping young learners reach their potential

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Experience working with children (through volunteering, tutoring, or previous employment) is beneficial but not essential
