Protocol Education is in close collaboration with a secondary school in Walthamstow, seeking to appoint a dedicated Graduate Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 3 to 4 students.


Role Overview: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, your enthusiasm and passion will drive your daily support for both classroom teachers and students. Your responsibilities will encompass classroom and school-wide support, including supervising identified students, working one-on-one, in small groups, or with the entire class. You will also assist in developing appropriate educational resources and collaborate closely with the class teacher to create an enriching learning environment.

Student Age Range: You will work with students across various age groups, from Year 7 to Year 11, so confidence in supporting students up to the age of 16 (KS4) is essential.
