Graduate Teaching Assistant

Protocol Education is working alongside Secondary Schools in Swindon to appoint recent graduates into Education. 

If you have a desire to work in schools or become a teacher, this role would be ideal. Relevant experience working with children/young people is desired, but not essential as training will be delivered on the job!

The role of a Teaching Assistant is to support both learners and teachers throughout the school day. You will be required to help with in class support, run extra interventions to consolodate learning and support students on a one to one basis. This role will allow you to have clear progression through to becoming a qualified class teacher.
