Are you a recent graduate passionate about education and looking to make a difference in the classroom?
We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our supportive school community in Harrow or Ealing. This role is ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching, providing valuable hands-on experience in an educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons and provide additional assistance to pupils when needed.
  • Work with individuals and small groups to help them reach their full academic potential.
  • Assist in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Contribute to planning and preparing educational materials, resources, and activities.
  • Support the learning and development of pupils with special educational needs (SEND) as required.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate with a passion for education and working with young people.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to working in a school setting.
  • Previous experience working with children (desirable but not essential).
  • An interest in pursuing a career in teaching or education is beneficial.
