Protocol Education is currently working with a number of Secondary Schools in Essex, who are looking for enthusiastic graduates to join them as general teaching assistants as well as 1 to 1 support in mainstream education or within the SEN department. These schools provide award-winning education, they have huge ambitions and aspirations for every student and their commitment to success in combined with excellent pastoral support to make sure that students feel safe, secure and successful at all times. They enable their students to discover genuine interests that extend beyond the classroom and to express themselves by encouraging a broad understanding of the world, a social conscience and a considerate approach to other people.

The schools are ideally looking for individuals with the following;

  • A degree 2.1 or above
  • Experience of working within a school (Desired)
  • Positive attitude
  • A strong passion for Education
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • The ability to engage with and inspire young people

 

This role is great for someone wanting to be a teacher, building experience and then going on to complete Teacher Training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
