Join Protocol Education and be part of a team supporting students with additional needs. You’ll be helping children who might have autism, learning difficulties, or challenges with their social and emotional wellbeing. Working 1:1 and in small groups, you’ll help make sure every child feels seen, heard, and supported in their learning.
What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting students in class, in small groups, or one-to-one

Encouraging student participation and building confidence

Helping create a calm, positive classroom atmosphere

Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and specialists
What We’re Looking For

Experience with children or young people is a bonus but not essential

Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude

A real passion for education and supporting students to thrive

Confidence with behaviour management (we’ll help you with this)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
