You will work with students who may have complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will involve assisting with daily classroom activities and providing 1:1 support, helping to create a positive learning environment. This experience is perfect for anyone considering a career in education.


The Role

  • Classroom Support: Assist with classroom activities, 1:1, or small group sessions to support students’ learning.

  • Behaviour Management: Help monitor and manage student behaviour effectively.

  • Student Engagement: Engage students in their learning journey and provide personalized support to help them succeed.


Ideal Candidate

  • Experience: Previous experience working with children with SEND is advantageous but not essential.

  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills are essential to building positive relationships with students and staff.

  • Passion for Education: A genuine enthusiasm for education and creating a nurturing, supportive learning environment.

  • Engagement & Motivation: The ability to motivate students and keep them engaged in their studies.

  • Behaviour Management: Comfortable with managing classroom behaviour in a calm and supportive way.
