Protocol Education is looking for individuals who can inspire and encourage children with various special educational needs diagnoses. These students may have complex needs, including Autism, SEMH, Learning Difficulties, and behavioural challenges. Your role will be to assist with daily classroom activities and provide 1:1 support to create a positive learning environment. This experience is valuable for those interested in pursuing a career in education.

The Role

  • Provide classroom, 1:1, or small group support to students.
  • Monitor and manage student behaviour.
  • Engage students in their learning.

Desired Candidate

  • Prior experience working with children with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • A passion for education and creating an inclusive learning environment.
  • The ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Ability to manage classroom behaviour.
