The Role
Join our dynamic PE department as a Graduate Sports/Teaching Assistant. You will inspire and energize students aged 3 to 18. A specialism in Lacrosse and/or Netball is desirable.
Main Responsibilities
- Support and lead PE sessions across all school levels.
- Assist in sports training and educational programs.
- Promote a culture of sports development.
- Collaborate with staff, coaches, and parents on student progress.
- Contribute to school sports events and administration.
- Engage in professional development and INSET days.
Person Specification
Required:
- Degree level qualification or equivalent.
- Sports-related qualification.
- Experience in sports coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Desirable:
Specialism in Lacrosse, Netball, Gymnastics, or Dance.
Experience with large sports events.
