The Role

Join our dynamic PE department as a Graduate Sports/Teaching Assistant. You will inspire and energize students aged 3 to 18. A specialism in Lacrosse and/or Netball is desirable.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and lead PE sessions across all school levels.
  • Assist in sports training and educational programs.
  • Promote a culture of sports development.
  • Collaborate with staff, coaches, and parents on student progress.
  • Contribute to school sports events and administration.
  • Engage in professional development and INSET days.
  •  

Person Specification

Required:

  • Degree level qualification or equivalent.
  • Sports-related qualification.
  • Experience in sports coaching.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  •  

Desirable:

Specialism in Lacrosse, Netball, Gymnastics, or Dance.

Experience with large sports events.
