No previous school experience is required. The school is looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to get stuck in.

Your day-to-day role

  • Supporting pupils with additional needs to access learning in a calm and structured manner

  • Working alongside teachers to deliver tailored activities and simple interventions

  • Helping pupils with routines, transitions and confidence-building tasks

  • Encouraging communication, independence and positive learning behaviours

  • Maintaining a nurturing, predictable atmosphere that helps pupils feel secure

  • Observing, learning and growing under the guidance of an experienced team

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
