You won’t need to plan lessons, but you will need confidence, clarity, and a calm presence.

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

  • Growing their career – perfect for graduates or those with childcare/education studies who want hands-on experience.
  • Reliable and flexible – able to work a mix of short and long days.
  • Confident with young people – comfortable managing behaviour and supporting learning.
  • Adaptable – happy to work across a range of subjects and year groups.
  • Positive and proactive – able to step into a classroom and keep students on track.

Why This Role Is a Great Fit for You

  • A warm, supportive school environment where your contribution is valued.
  • Flexible work that fits around your needs.
  • A brilliant stepping stone into teaching or further roles in education.
