Graduate Secondary Learning Support

The role & responsibilities include :

support for the teaching and learning of students who are under the instruction of the class teacher, to maximise their participation and achievement.

support with classroom management and with the supervision of students, while maintaining a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment.

work with students, providing constancy and consistency, and supporting them in developing the interpersonal skills

establish and maintain good relationships with all students, parents/carers, colleagues and other professionals.

supervise and provide support to individuals and groups of students, including those with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring their safety and access to learning activities, and encouraging them to become independent learners within their own ability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
