About the Roles

We have opportunities available in both classroom-based and wider school-support areas, including:

Teaching & Learning Support

  • Graduate Teaching Assistant

  • Subject Specialist Assistant (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, Languages, etc.)

  • SEN (Special Educational Needs) Support Assistant

  • Behaviour Mentor / Pastoral Assistant

Pathways Into Teaching

  • Trainee Teacher (with full training and mentoring)

  • School-Centred Initial Teacher Training (SCITT) placements

  • Paid Teacher Training routes

School Operations & Professional Support

  • Administration and Student Services

  • Attendance Support

  • Data & Exams Assistant

  • IT & Digital Learning Support

  • Cover Supervisor (leading lessons in the absence of a teacher)
