We’re looking for enthusiastic Graduate Learning Mentors to join supportive secondary schools in Haringey. If you’re passionate about helping students thrive, enjoy building relationships, and want to kickstart a career in education, this could be your perfect role.
What you’ll do:

Support students one-to-one or in small groups to help them engage with learning

Work alongside teachers to identify barriers and encourage positive behaviour

Assist in developing strategies that boost confidence, focus, and academic progress

Act as a trusted mentor, guiding students through challenges both in and out of the classroom
What we’re looking for:

A recent graduate (any subject!) with a passion for supporting young people

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, empathetic, and positive approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
