Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic graduate looking to kick-start you career in education? Protocol Education are seeking a passionate Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide individualised support to students with varying educational needs.

Assist in the implementation of personalised learning strategies.

Collaborate with teachers to monitor and enhance student progress.

Support students in the classroom across various subjects.

Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in education, Psychology, or related field.

Previous experience working with children or young adults is desirable.

Knowledge of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) is advantageous.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
