Position Overview:
We're on the lookout for a dedicated and passionate English Teaching Assistant to join our team this September. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with English teachers to design and deliver captivating lessons that instill a love for literature and language in students.

- Cultivate a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and empowered to express themselves.
- Contribute to the development of instructional materials and resources that enrich the teaching and learning experience in English language and literature.
- Assist in assessing assignments, providing constructive feedback to students, and monitoring their progress over time.
Requirements:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in English or a related field.
- Possess or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS certification, prioritizing the safety and well-being of students.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, showcasing a mastery of the English language.
- Radiate a genuine passion for literature, language, and education, driven by a desire to inspire and empower students.
- Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and students in a positive and supportive manner.
- Previous experience working with children or young people is advantageous but not essential.
