Secondary schools in Sunderland are seeking a Graduate Cover Supervisor to provide classroom supervision during teacher absence. This Graduate Cover Supervisor role is well suited to graduates looking to gain front-of-class experience in a secondary school setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Supervising whole classes across different subjects
- Delivering pre-prepared lesson materials
- Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
- Reporting student progress or concerns to teaching staff
Requirements:
- A degree in any subject
- Experience with young people is preferred but not essential
- Confidence working with secondary-aged students
