Position: Geography Teacher
Location: Bristol

Contract: Full-time or part-time, ongoing
Pay: £150 per day (PAYE - no hidden umbrella deductions)
Protocol Education are working closely with a supportive, inclusive secondary school in Bristol who are seeking a Geography Teacher for an immediate start. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive team and deliver high-quality lessons that spark curiosity and help students understand the world around them.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or an ECT, the school is looking for someone who is confident, committed, resilient and passionate about their subject. You’ll be working within a friendly Humanities department known for collaboration, strong planning support and a positive team culture.
The Role
• Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4
• Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons
• Supporting students of all abilities to achieve their best
• Contributing to the wider life of the Humanities department
• Participating in department meetings, assessments and school events

The Ideal Candidate
• Holds QTS or is an ECT with strong placement experience
• Confident teaching across KS3 and KS4 Geography
• Positive, proactive and able to build strong relationships with students
• Reliable, organised and committed to high standards
• Able to start immediately or with short notice

Candidate Requirements
You must have valid Proof of Identification (e.g. in date passport), 2x Proof of Address documents (e.g. driving license, utility bill, etc), and a CV covering 10 years, with references covering two years.
International Candidates
You must have the right to work in the UK and an Overseas Police Check (OFPC) for any country you have lived in for 3+ months in the past 5 years.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
