Protocol Education is working with an ambitious and community-driven secondary academy to find a dedicated Geography Teacher to join their team in September 2025. This role is open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike.
This oversubscribed 11–18 academy is known for its commitment to high standards, community spirit, and student success. The Geography Department is a thriving part of school life, achieving strong exam results and contributing positively to enrichment activities and whole-school projects. About The Role:
As a Geography Teacher, you’ll:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and A Level.
- Inspire students to think critically about the world, understand global challenges, and develop a love for Geography.
- Contribute to the department’s strong academic outcomes and wider school life through field trips, projects, and cross-curricular activities.
- Be part of a supportive team that values collaboration, innovation, and professional development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
