Job Title: Geography Teacher

Job Duties:
- Plan and deliver engaging geography lessons to secondary level students
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment through collaboration with colleagues and enhancing the curriculum
- Participate in school events and meetings as required
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Degree in Geography or related field
- Enhanced DBS check
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
- Previous experience teaching geography at secondary level
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for geography
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate qualification in Education
- Experience using technology in the classroom
Working Conditions:
- Work in a school setting with standard teaching hours
- Interact with students, parents, and colleagues on a daily basis
- Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
