The role

A large secondary school in Northumberland is seeking a Geography Teacher to join its Humanities faculty. The role includes teaching across KS3 and KS4, with potential KS5 opportunities for experienced candidates.

The school is looking for a teacher who can deliver engaging lessons across physical and human geography, develop analytical thinking, and support pupils in achieving strong examination outcomes.

Key responsibilities

The ideal candidate

  • QTS (or equivalent)

  • Experience teaching Geography at secondary level

  • Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4

  • Effective classroom and behaviour management skills
