A well-regarded secondary school in Enfield is seeking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Geography Teacher to join its successful Humanities department. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner to inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with potential KS5 teaching available for a suitably experienced candidate.
The Role

Deliver high-quality Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable).

Plan and teach engaging, enquiry-based lessons aligned to the National Curriculum and GCSE specifications.

Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations, ensuring strong progress and attainment.

Use assessment data to inform planning and close learning gaps.

Contribute to fieldwork opportunities and subject enrichment activities.

Maintain high standards of behaviour for learning in line with school policy.

Work collaboratively within a supportive Humanities team.
The Ideal Candidate

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

Strong subject knowledge across physical and human Geography.

Experience teaching GCSE Geography (AQA or Edexcel preferred).
