We’re recruiting on behalf of a Middlesbrough secondary school looking for a committed Geography teacher. The Humanities department is supportive, organised, and values clear structure and engaging teaching.

Ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs seeking a stable, welcoming school.

What you’ll be doing

  • Teaching Geography across KS3 and KS4

  • Helping students develop map skills, case study knowledge, and exam confidence

  • Delivering engaging, well-structured lessons

  • Collaborating with the wider Humanities team

What we’re looking for

  • UK QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

  • Strong Geography subject knowledge

  • Confident behaviour management

  • A proactive and positive teaching approach
