At Protocol Education, we are working with vibrant primary school, to appoint a dedicated General/SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role, working with Key Stage 2. If you have experience of supporting classes and teachers, working 1:1 and in small groups with students with a range of abilities and needs, providing SEMH support, and adapting work, this may be the perfect role for you.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children, encouraging them to achieve their best, providing support for students and teachers.

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Knowledge of the national curriculum
  • The ability to handle challenging behaviours and de-escalate situations
  • Experience working with student that have additional support needs
  • The ability to support students in their personal and educational development
