We’re on the lookout for brilliant Teaching Assistants to join schools across North Bristol.

This isn’t just about supporting lessons, it’s about being the calm, steady presence who helps students thrive. Whether you’re guiding small groups, providing 1:1 support, or helping the whole class stay on track, you’ll be a vital part of the team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting teachers with lessons across a range of subjects

  • Working with students who need a bit of extra encouragement

  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

  • Building strong relationships with staff and students

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting young people (school-based or elsewhere)

  • A patient, empathetic approach with good communication skills

  • Flexibility and a proactive attitude

  • A genuine passion for helping students achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
