We are working with a welcoming secondary school in BS13 that is looking for a full time Teaching Assistant who can bring calm, confidence and strong behaviour support to the classroom. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys relationship building and wants to make a real difference to students who need a bit of extra guidance.

What you will be doing
• Supporting students across the school, including those with additional behavioural or SEMH needs
• Building trust and positive routines with students who may find school challenging
• Using calm, consistent behaviour strategies alongside the school’s pastoral team
• Helping teachers create a safe, structured and engaging classroom environment
• Supporting learning one-to-one or in small groups where needed

• Someone who stays calm under pressure and can de-escalate tricky moments
